1. Overview

AILevelUp Connect (“we”, “our”, “the platform”) is a WhatsApp Business messaging platform operated by AILevelUp (LEVELUP ENTERPRISES INC.). These Terms of Service explain the rules that apply when a business connects a WhatsApp number, uses our dashboard, or sends messages through the platform.

2. Acceptable Use

You may use AILevelUp Connect only for lawful business messaging, including:

• Responding to customer inquiries and support requests.
• Sending transactional or service-related business messages.
• Managing customer conversations tied to your WhatsApp Business Account.

3. Prohibited Use

You may not use the platform to:

• Send spam, unsolicited bulk campaigns, or promotional messages without required consent.
• Use the platform for personal, non-business, deceptive, abusive, or unlawful messaging.
• Transmit phishing content, malware, harmful links, or content that violates Meta policy.
• Impersonate another business or attempt unauthorized access to the platform.

4. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for the activity that occurs through your connected WhatsApp Business Account, including message content, customer consent, team access, and compliance with applicable law and Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform requirements.

5. Suspension and Enforcement

AILevelUp reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the platform if we reasonably believe your account is sending spam, using the service for non-business messaging, violating these Terms, violating Meta policy, creating security risk, or exposing AILevelUp to legal or operational harm.

6. Platform Rights

AILevelUp Connect, including its software, workflows, branding, and dashboard experience, remains the property of AILevelUp (LEVELUP ENTERPRISES INC.). We may modify features, rate limits, integrations, or product behavior as part of operating and improving the service.

7. Disclaimer

The platform is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, AILevelUp is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

8. Privacy

Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
