Data We Process and How

AILevelUp Connect (“we,” “us,” or “LEVELUP ENTERPRISES INC.”) provides a WhatsApp Business messaging platform that businesses use to send and receive messages with their customers. When a business connects its WhatsApp Business Account to our platform, we process the following on that business's behalf: the business's WhatsApp Business Account and phone number details, message content sent and received, contact phone numbers and WhatsApp profile names, message delivery and read statuses, and message templates created by the business.

We use this data only to operate the messaging service: routing inbound messages to the correct business, delivering outbound messages, displaying conversations and delivery status in the business dashboard, and managing message templates and account configuration. We do not sell this data, and we do not use it for advertising or to build profiles of individuals.

Data Obtained Through Meta

Some data we process is obtained through Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform. We handle this data in accordance with Meta's Platform Terms and applicable Developer Policies, and we use it solely to provide the messaging functionality described above. Messages sent through WhatsApp are also subject to WhatsApp's Privacy Policy.

Service Providers and Sub-Processors

We use trusted third-party service providers to operate our platform. These providers process data only as needed to provide their services to us and are bound by confidentiality and data protection obligations:

Data Minimization

We collect and retain only the data necessary to provide the messaging service. Where we are required to disclose data, we limit any disclosure to the minimum information necessary for the stated purpose.

International Data Transfers

Our service providers may store and process data in the United States. By using our platform, you understand that data may be transferred to and processed in countries that may have data protection laws different from those in your jurisdiction. We take reasonable steps to ensure such transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards.

Legal Requests and Disclosure

We may receive requests from public authorities, courts, or law enforcement for user data. Before responding to any such request, we review it to confirm it is valid and lawful, and we reserve the right to challenge requests that we consider unlawful, overbroad, or improper. If we are required to disclose data, we disclose only the minimum information legally required. We maintain records of the requests we receive and our responses to them.

Data Retention

We retain message and account data for as long as necessary to provide the service to the connected business, or as required by applicable law. Message logs are retained for up to 90 days to support conversation continuity and analytics, and a connected business may request deletion of its data at any time by contacting us.
